* Minor Flooding Is Occurring And Minor Flooding Is Forecast.
* Flood Stage Is 10.0 Feet.
* Forecast...The River Will Continue Rising To Near 11.1 Feet By
Friday Morning Then Begin Falling.
* Impact...At 11.0 Feet...Low Land Flooding Adjacent To The River Can
